All garage and lobby entrances to the residential buildings along with the main pools and gym areas are digitally recorded by video. There are a total of 57 video cameras.
Role and Purpose
The Watergate Property Patrol Department is on-site 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The staff includes a Property Patrol Director, and nine Property Patrol Officers. The Watergate Property Patrol Department is located at the entrance to 4 Commodore Drive, and can be reached anytime at 772-5005. The officers are empowered to only observe and report while patrolling the interior and exterior of all buildings and property. In addition to our roving patrols, there are unmanned surveillance cameras located at all garage / lobby entrances, and both athletic clubs.
The Watergate Community Association does not undertake to provide security or privacy for the property, the owners, the residents, any invitees, or any persons or property located within the development, nor does the Watergate Community Association make any representations or warranties concerning the security, privacy and/or safety of the property, the owners, the residents, any invitees, or any persons or property located within the development, irrespective of whether there are any access control devices installed and operated in the common area of the development, or access control personnel employed or engaged by the Watergate Community Association. In the event of a police, fire, or medical emergency please call 911.
Please contact Abante Plumbing at (510) 534-1636, or Gladiator Plumbing at (510) 533-6531 at the first sign of a backup to get the problem resolved. After those arrangements have been made, please notify WCA Property Patrol at (510) 772-5005 so that an incident report can be filed with WCA for management follow up.
